Built at a cost of $28.8 million dollars, the new 199,246-square-foot middle school features 63 classrooms with a capacity to serve 1,250 students in grades six through eight.

They also will share common control for the sound systems for individual spaces. Both audio and video will be controlled remotely from each kitchen. The video control system will allow any kitchen to be shown on any video projector or video display and streamed over the internet.
